What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques.
The ruling
The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $3,268.50 for rent arrears, NSF charges, and application filing fee, in a 12-month repayment plan. The Tenants must also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid off. If the Tenants fail to make any of the ordered payments, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants.
