What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $10,966.18 by August 31, 2023 or $13,101.92 by September 4, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by September 4, 2023 and pay the Landlord $7,789.40 plus daily compensation.
