Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 27, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,024.08 (less any payments made after April 13, 2023) and $44.48 per day for use of the unit starting May 17, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 27, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
