What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties consented to the order.

The ruling

The tenant shall pay the landlord $8,622.42 for arrears and costs owed, in installments over 20 months. The tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full. If the tenant fails to make any payment, the landlord may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the tenant.
