What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on June 24, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $1,481 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Landlord is entitled to deduct $30.90 per day for compensation starting May 25, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
