What happened

The Landlord filed an application to evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent. An order was issued in the Landlord's favor after the Tenant missed the initial hearing. The Tenant requested a review, stating he had incorrectly recorded the hearing date. The Board granted the review, finding the Tenant was not reasonably able to participate in the original hearing. A new hearing was held, resulting in a conditional order allowing the Tenant to maintain the tenancy by following a payment plan for the arrears.

The ruling
