What happened

The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated. The Unauthorized Occupants must vacate the rental unit by March 1, 2025. If they do not, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Unauthorized Occupants must pay the Landlord $43.76 per day for use of the unit from March 1, 2025 until they move out, and $201 for the application filing fee.
