If the unit is not vacated by June 17, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Landlord owes the Tenant $1,088.75 for the rent deposit and interest, but can deduct $64.08 per day for the Tenant's continued occupation starting May 12, 2023.
