What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $12,686 by April 30, 2023 or $15,186 by May 6, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 6, 2023 and pay the Landlord $9,135.97, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
