The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 24, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Landlord is entitled to daily compensation of $31.59 starting June 14, 2023 until the Tenant vacates. The Landlord owes the Tenant the amount of the rent deposit and interest, minus the remaining arrears and compensation.
