What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,430 by November 30, 2023 or $3,094 by December 2, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $1,918.81 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by December 2, 2023. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $21.83 from November 8, 2023 until the move-out date.
