What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlords served a valid N4 Notice, and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the arrears.

The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $21,886 by March 31, 2024 or $24,986 by April 6, 2024, the tenancy is terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $17,451.98 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by April 6, 2024.
