The Tenants must pay the Landlord $9,347.01, which includes rent arrears up to April 6, 2023, and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 17, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance starting April 18, 2023.
