The Landlord has established that he requires the rental unit in good faith for the purpose of his mother's residential occupation for at least one year. The Tenant must vacate the unit by September 29, 2024. If the Tenant does not vacate by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
