What happened

The Landlord applied for termination of the tenancy and an eviction order due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 notice which was not voided by the Tenant. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $16,336.00, representing rent arrears up to the move-out date and the cost of the application filing fee. Interest will accrue at 4% annually if payment is not made by the deadline.
