What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant or another occupant of the rental unit committing illegal acts in the rental unit or the residential complex, including causing disturbances, uttering threats, removing trespass notices, and public intoxication.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 15, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $154.08, which is the filing fee less the interest on the rent deposit.
