What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $24,036 by April 30, 2023 or $26,686 by May 8, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by May 8, 2023 and pay the Landlord $18,346.36 plus daily compensation of $87.12 from March 28, 2023 until the move-out date.
