What happened
The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants for non-payment of rent. The Tenants admitted to the arrears, which were caused by a loss of employment. The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay $6,652.50 to the Landlord if they vacate, which accounts for arrears to the hearing date and the filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest. Alternatively, the Tenants can void the eviction by paying $11,186.00 by July 15, 2025, which includes rent through the end of July. Daily compensation of $65.75 applies for each day the Tenants remain after the hearing date.
