What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 23, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $5,541 plus $28.50 per day starting June 13, 2023 until the tenant moves out. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by June 23, 2023, the tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
