The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 14, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,517.25 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $29.75 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 4, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 14, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
