What happened

The ruling

The tenant is also ordered to pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid or May 31, 2024, whichever is earlier. If the tenant fails to make any of the ordered payments, the landlord may apply to the LTB for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the tenant.
