What happened

The Landlord, a non-profit housing corporation, filed an application to terminate the tenancy because the Tenants failed to comply with a condition in a previous LTB order (LTB-L-054646-24) dated September 17, 2024. The breach occurred when the Tenants failed to pay the full monthly rent on October 1, 2024.
