What happened

The Tenant requested a review of an LTB order dated September 19, 2025, which terminated the tenancy and ordered eviction for non-payment of rent. The Tenant argued they needed more time to find accommodation and cited a 2024 motor vehicle accident as a factor. The Tenant had also proposed a 4.5-year payment plan, which was previously rejected.

The ruling

The Tenant's request for a review of the eviction order is denied. The original order issued on September 19, 2025, which terminates the tenancy and orders the Tenant to vacate by September 30, 2025, remains in full force. The Board found that the Tenant's circumstances were already properly considered and no serious error was made.
