What happened

The landlord, CRC SELF HELP INC., applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants, Antonia Bassoulous and Dimos Bassoulous, due to non-payment of rent.

The landlord is entitled to reimbursement of the $186 filing fee, which the tenant must pay by May 31, 2023. If the tenant does not pay by that date, they will owe simple interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
