What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy because the Tenant failed to meet specific conditions set out in a previous LTB order dated May 5, 2025. During the hearing, both parties reached a consent agreement regarding the termination and move-out date.

The ruling

On consent of both parties, the tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2025. The Tenant is ordered to move out by this date. If the Tenant remains in the unit, the Landlord may enforce the eviction through the Sheriff starting September 1, 2025.
