What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to substantial rent arrears. The Tenant failed to appear at the hearing. To void the eviction and continue the tenancy, the Tenant must pay the full arrears of $71,789.00 by November 30, 2025, or $74,789.00 by December 2, 2025.
