What happened

The tenancy was terminated effective January 15, 2023, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Landlord shall pay the Tenant $378.01, as the amount of rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the amount of rent arrears and application fee owed to the Landlord.
