What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $5,741 by May 31, 2023 or $6,556 by June 1, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by June 1, 2023 and pay the Landlord $4,364.07, plus daily compensation of $26.79 from April 25, 2023 until the move-out date.
