The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2023. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. If they do not, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Officer for enforcement. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,323, which represents the rent arrears and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants will also owe $83.18 per day if they remain in the unit after December 1, 2023.
