What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring the Tenant to pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Tenant did not pay the total rent they were required to pay for the period from October 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,512.59, which includes rent arrears up to April 30, 2023 and the cost of filing the application. The Tenant shall pay this amount in installments according to a repayment plan agreed to with the Landlord. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may request a re-opening of the application.
