What happened

Tenants filed a motion to set aside an eviction order because they paid the required amount to void the order before it was executed. The landlord argued the tenants did not file the motion within the required time.

The ruling

The eviction order is void if the tenants pay $341.20 to the LTB by December 4, 2023 to cover the non-refundable enforcement costs incurred by the landlord. If the tenants do not pay this amount, the eviction order becomes enforceable.
