What happened

The Landlord has proven on a balance of probabilities the grounds for termination of the tenancy and the claim for compensation in the application. The tenancy is terminated as of March 28, 2025. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,841.61, which includes compensation for use of the unit, filing fees, and damages. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 28, 2025, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
