What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 6, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $10,243.75 (less any payments made after the application was filed) plus $59.46 per day in compensation starting April 26, 2023 until the tenant moves out. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by May 6, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
