The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 14, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $16,941.77 plus $59.18 per day from May 4, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 14, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
