The tenancy is terminated effective April 24, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $7,489.57, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and the new arrears, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay $49.90 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting April 14, 2023 until they move out.
