What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant because the tenant, another occupant of the rental unit or someone the tenant permitted in the residential complex has substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the landlord or another tenant.

The ruling

The parties consented to an order that requires the tenant to not repeat the incidents that gave rise to the N5 notices and to not alter the locking mechanism without the landlord's written consent. The order also allows the landlord to apply for termination of the tenancy if the tenant breaches these conditions.
