What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants because the tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the agreed upon date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the tenants must move out by May 23, 2023. If they do not vacate by that date, the landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The tenants must also pay the landlord $201 for the application filing fee.
