What happened
The Landlord filed an application to terminate the tenancy, alleging that the Tenants or their guests had seriously impaired the safety of a person within the residential complex. The matter was resolved at the hearing through a consent agreement between the parties.
The ruling
By mutual agreement, the tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2025. The Tenants are required to vacate the property by this date. This agreement is non-voidable. Should the Tenants fail to move out, the Landlord may seek enforcement from the Court Enforcement Office starting June 1, 2025.
