What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $7,405 to void the order by November 21, 2023. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must move out by November 21, 2023 and pay the Landlord $4,185.61, which includes rent arrears and application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
