What happened

The Landlords applied for termination of the tenancy and eviction due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 22, 2025, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $11,186.00. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate by August 22, 2025. If the order is not voided, the Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $8,465.37, representing arrears to the hearing date and costs, minus the rent deposit and interest. Daily compensation of $65.75 applies from August 6, 2025, until the unit is vacated.
