The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the tenants must vacate the unit by February 11, 2024. If they do not, the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The tenants must pay the landlord $5,512.38, which includes rent arrears up to January 31, 2024 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenants must also pay the landlord $54.18 per day for use of the unit starting February 1, 2024 until they move out.
