What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the rent arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on July 1, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $2,634.09 to void the order by June 30, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by July 1, 2023 and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
