The ruling
The Tenant may void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $14,333.97 by November 30, 2024 or $16,025.22 by December 9, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must pay $10,202.48 to the Landlord. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $55.60 from October 18, 2024 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
