The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 6, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,843.98, which includes rent arrears up to May 26, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $38.33 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting May 27, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
