What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to rent arrears. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 21, 2025, unless the Tenants pay $4,826.96 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay and fail to move out by the termination date, the Landlord can enforce the eviction through the Sheriff starting July 22, 2025. If the tenancy is terminated, the Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $772.97 plus daily compensation of $38.15 until they vacate.
