The Landlords' L2 application is withdrawn. The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $7,186 by March 31, 2025 or $8,736 by April 6, 2025 to void the order. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must pay $4,969.10 to the Landlords and vacate the unit by April 6, 2025.
