What happened

The Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. A valid N4 notice was served, but the Tenant failed to void it by paying the arrears. The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated effective August 3, 2025, the date the Tenant vacated the unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay $11,340.00 in rent arrears to the Landlords by August 19, 2025. Failure to pay will result in annual interest of 4.00% on the outstanding balance.
