What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 3, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $5,929.23 plus $23.01 per day from May 24, 2023 until the tenant vacates the unit. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by June 3, 2023, the tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
