What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective July 22, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $35,186 plus $76.52 per day starting July 12, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by July 22, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
