What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $2,775.75 for arrears and filing costs, plus daily compensation of $29.59 from September 26, 2025, until the unit is vacated.
